Via Daniel's YouTube channel*, here's the clip of "Shout Unto God" with Jonathan Camey's drum solo at the end. It definitely seems to live up to the bragging everyone has done over it. And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure that there are no more than five drummers who I'd care to sit through a drum solo of theirs. Jonathan is easily one of those five. It seems as if it took me about six months to get into his style when he was first brought on to Lakewood, but now that he's been here so long, I think I've forgotten how to appreciate most other styles.

Oh, and the song before the solo wasn't bad, either.

I seem to be doing the time warp this week: putting up two-week old video and skipping a recording of a great special this week. Janet Doakes (vox) and Randy Allison (sax) were up front and I'd hate to think a visual reminder of Randy's great work being put on display like that is lost to the ages.

Oh, and obviously Joel & Victoria were playing hooky this past weekend. Here's some video introducing them to Australia for the first time. We get Delirious next week in exchange for sending the worship team overseas.
