Tonight, of course, there's two big events going on. One is the Presidential Debate. The other - perhaps even more momentous event - is a little movie night shindig I'm doing downtown.

It ought to be an interesting test to see who comes out for a downtown event (and on the heels of hurricane cleanup/recovery, to boot!). Whatever. I'm prepared with a good book for killing time with if it comes to that. Meetup time is at 7ish, but the restaurant shuts down at 8ish. Movie times are generally after 9 at the Angelika, so it ought to be an adventure juggling all of that.
