My how time flies. One post in the past week ... not good. So now I've got a load of material worth blogging about as time flies right on by it all. As should be obvious to most, there's that whole trial going on with the lady suing Victoria for 10% of her net worth. Perfect time to remind of how we're called to react to such things ....

"But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you.

It seems like every time Joel or Victoria's name is in the news - good or bad - the comments seem to get real interesting here. Naturally, some don't see the light of day due to the lack of constructive dialog they bring. Hopefully, those of us who do believe the best in Victoria don't follow suit and instead follow the example we're called to follow.

Hopefully, much more to follow on a range of topics this weekend and the week to follow. For now, I'm off to church.
