The whole praise and worship segment of service seemed to have an incredible vibe in the context of all this, too. Then again, maybe I just think that because "I'm Still Standing" had some incredible noisemaking by Michael Hodge going on.

I first attended Lakewood in Jan. 1982. I worked in Childrens Church, Youth, Prayer Partner, Transportation Ministry, Helping Hands. Pastor John Osteen married my husband and I 17 years ago this month. He also dedicated our son. I have known Victoria for a long time. I have NEVER seen her act any way other than kind and compassionate.
Oh - did I mention, I am a flight attendant now based in Atlanta? I think the whole matter is unfortunate. It seems like greed is the motivation of this plantiff...
