That's Bill Hybel's characterization of the findings at Willow Creek Church after a survey. The results? Well beyond interesting. And since Willow Creek is a highly influential church, I'm sure there'll be a ripple effect.

Watch the videos from Willow's Greg Hawkins as well as Hybel's response. Watching Hawkins describe each category of church members, it's not hard to find a point to relate to in his description. That'd suggest to me that a survey like this conducted at Lakewood might be worth the effort.

But in any event, you've got to applaud the transparency of Hybels & Hawkins for making this project the priority that it is. There's a blog and podcast (coming soon!) to keep in tune with it if you feel so inclined.
