Great story here on a wonderful Houston ministry serving the homeless in the Montrose area. We've had some Lakewood groups lend a hand from time to time and they all come back with a great word on the Street Reach ministry. I owe it to myself to make some time to see it firsthand. Worth noting is that the story ran on the front page of the Chronicle's Saturday paper.

It's practically a mantra now. But having stated this just yesterday, I feel a renewed need to remind myself: "Just one blog post ...." Kirkpatrick's article tempts me like nothing else possibly could to break that promise. I may yet do some blogging on this at the other blog ... something which will only eat away at me to include it here as well. We'll see how it goes. Touch and go for now.
