YouTube Tuesday: Ken Tamplin "Story of Love"

I feel like a little old school hard rock for this week's episode of YouTube Tuesday. Ken Tamplin to the rescue. This is material after I kinda stopped hunting down Ken Tamplin CDs at ye olde Christian Bookshops. Darn shame, because right about 2:15 into this video they kick into some incredible classical-style riffs on guitar: Tamplin on one and Howie Simon on the other. If loud, heavy rock & roll makes you cry, check back next week, or replay Aimee Beard's video from Monday. This is definitely my cup of tea, though ...

What's also interesting about this band lineup is that it has many artists popular from other secular bands performing in it. Tamplin was definitely one of those Hollywood Sunset Strip types back in the day and has the personal rolodex to prove it, I'm sure. But he's been an incredibly faithful witness through his music. There's a great story of his "born again" experience here. One bit of interesting trivia: Ken's first cousin is Sammy Hagar.
